Kushtaka

Front Cover
Dap Publishing, 2015 M02 15 - 132 pages
Six months ago, Mark Pallano had it all: a beautiful home, a loving wife and a great job working with his best friend, the governor of New York. But now that's all just a memory as Mark wakes up in his Alaskan cabin, alone, and goes to work in a lumber mill. He tries to forget his old life and embrace the pseudo-drifter he's become. All seems quiet in his new home when a familiar darkness comes out of dormancy and is thirsty for blood, perhaps his own. Mark's greatest fears are realized when he is tormented by the malevolent Kushtaka, the most ancient and evil demon of Alaskan folklore. The battle is not for his life, but for his very soul. www.DaveTheAuthor.com
