pages make certainly a better appearance, but the change in our judicial system, the creation of the Circuit Courts, will demand more space for the future, on account of the additional matter to be published. The Circuit Courts will occupy the same position in our judicial system as the Supreme Courts of New York or the Appellate Courts of Illinois. Its decisions will be of much more importance, and it is to be hoped, value, than the decisions of the District Courts generally have been throughout the state. Reports of the more important of the decisions of these seven courts will be desirable, and will be of value to the Bar. Such reports it is our purpose to publish, and they will take the place of the reports of the District Court decisions heretofore published in the BULLETIN. It is to be presumed that these reports will require considerable additional space, and the form which we have chosen for the combination offers that space within reasonable number of pages. We hope that those subscribers of the JOURNAL, who are not pleased with the style chosen, will at least give us a trial. Our earnest endeavors to give to the Bar of Ohio a most valuable publication, we think entitle us to that, and we feel satisfied that in time we will gain the approval of all. All paid up subscriptions for either of the two publications are transferred to the combination, and subscribers to both papers, who should yet have a credit to their account for paid up subscription for both papers, will be credited with a corresponding amount on the subscription for the combination. All advertisements and cards contracted for in either paper are transferred to the combination at the terms agreed upon. The Corrections of Errors in the Ohio Reports will be continued all subscribers of the LAW JOURNAL to its conclusion, in the same form and style as heretofore, but will be sent out in monthly parts of 16 pages each. The first monthly part of 16 pages for January accompanies the Index and Table of Cases of Vol. 6. THE CAPITAL PRINTING & PUBLISHING Co. Columbus, O., January 9, 1885. TABLE OF CASES-VOL. VI.
