Commissioner of Charities and Corrections, Westchester County Resolved, That, subject to the approval of the Governor, the classification of positions in the Non-Competitive Class in the office of the Commissioner of Charities and Corrections, Westchester county, be and hereby is amended by striking out the words, "one junior interne; one house physician," and substituting in lieu thereof the words, "first junior interne; second junior interne," for the purpose of changing titles to conform to existing conditions. Commissioner of Charities and Corrections, Westchester County Resolved, That, subject to the approval of the Governor, the classification of positions in the Non-Competitive Class in the office of the Commissioner of Charities and Corrections, Westchester county, be and hereby is amended by

adding thereto the words, "three fellowship students, county penitentiary, $500 a year and maintenance while at the institution," competitive examination for said positions having been found to be not practicable at this time.
