CHAP. 44.-AN ACT for the relief of Semington Buffenbarger.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress as$50 wrongfully sembled, That the sum of fifty dollars, out of any moneys in received of him the treasury not otherwise appropriated, be paid to Semington Buffenbarger, of South Charleston, in the county of Clark, in the State of Ohio, it being for money wrongfully received by the receiver of the land office at Waupaukonetta district, in said State of Ohio, for the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section four, in township number six south, of range number eight east.
