III. Vibrio danubicus: Gelatin plate, three days at 22°. X 60. To the right superficial, to the left deep colony.

IV. Vibrio danubicus: Microscopic preparation. Pure culture on agar, twenty-four hours. Stained with fuchsin. X 800.
