E-COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN ERA OF INDUSTRY 4.0
E-Commerce is changing every day and ties them together as loyal customer. New technology that makes use of the internet has become a pivotal factor in the present industrial revolution. The integration of the internet with production lines in the industrial sector is known as industrial revolution 4.0. Due to the advancement of information technology, changes have also occurred in the industrial world today, which is distinguished by changes in the business climate and an increasingly competitive industry. Industry 4.0 is a branch of technology that combines automation and cyber technology. This comprises business technology advances in automation and data interchange, which are divided into three categories: the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and cognitive computing. So considering this the study aims to analyze the factors which are responsible for e-commerce shopping and the factors which influences customer experience. The research adopted convenience sampling and the data was gathered among 168 students in salem who has experience in online shopping . Data analysis was performed using GARRETT Ranking method and Structural Equation Model (SEM) Using AMOS. The study indicates that customer “perceived quality” and “buying in online is considered posh” is the major reason online shopping.
