Proceeds, how applied. Interest and principal. issued by the city council in such amounts, at such rate of interest, payable at such times, in such manner and upon such terms as the city council shall prescribe. Each authorized issue of notes or bonds shall constitute a separate loan. The proceeds derived from the sale of said notes or bonds shall be paid over to the city treasurer subject to the order of the city council of said city and shall be used exclusively for the construction of sewers in said city and for refunding or paying any floating indebtedness already incurred or which may be incurred for said purposes. The city council of said city shall annually appropriate such sum as may be necessary to pay the interest on such notes or bonds so issued and the amount of principal annually accruing in accordance with the terms of such notes or bonds as herein authorized. Said bonds or notes shall contain on Bonds to con- face a statement that they are issued in compliance with this act, and such statement shall be conclusive evidence of the fact of liability of the city to a bona fide holder thereof. CHAPTER 755. AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WOONSOCKET TO ERECT H 1053 It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: SECTION 1. The city of Woonsocket is hereby authorized and empowered to erect upon the land owned by said city a building for fire purposes and for a fire alarm signalling system and such usage shall be in lieu of any other usage heretofore authorized by law or by ordinance.
