Picture No. 20-this is a 3-year-old, by the way, and supposedly no scarring area is to be allowed on 3-year-old horses. Pictures 20 and 21 are closeups of the feet of that horse, and I think there is no doubt that soring treatments have been applied to this 3-yearold.

Picture No. 22 was taken at the Tennessee State Fair Horse Show on Monday night, and you can see a variance in the types of boots used if you look at the last three pictures; and you can see the sore area on each of these horses.
