This book contains a brief research on the political turmoil and how it affected the Constitution of Bangladesh and Pakistan. The author tried to show through case laws, how the Judges of the apex courts of the both countries tried to uphold the dignity of the Constitution, while there was so little to protect. The silent war between martial law administrators and the Judges can be seen in various judgments. Researchers making research on Constitutionalism and Martial law are sure to get lots of information and case laws from this book.
