SPECIAL EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION

§ 2. The sum of $29,500,000 is hereby appropriated solely for transfer by the governor to the general, special revenue, capital projects, proprietary or fiduciary funds to meet unanticipated emergencies pursuant to section 53 of the state finance law. Transfers to special revenue, proprietary or fiduciary funds shall be limited to funds received, or to be received from other than state

§ 3. The several amounts named herein, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish the purpose designated, being the unexpended balances of the prior year's appropriations, are hereby reappropriated from the same funds and made available for the same purposes as the prior year's appropriations, unless herein amended, for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 1994.
