right of examination, or registration according to these rules or the regulations prescribed pursuant thereto, or who shall wilfully and falsely mark, grade, estimate, or report upon the examination or proper standing of any person examined, registered or certified, pursuant to the provisions of these rules or aid in doing so, or who shall wilfully make any false representations concerning the same, or concerning the person examined, or who shall wilfully furnish to any person any special or secret information for the purpose of either improving or injuring the prospects or chances of any person so examined, registered, or certified, or who shall personate any other person, or permit or aid in any manner any other person to personate him, in connection with any examination or registration or application or request to be examined or registered, shall for each offense be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. RULE XXXVIII Additional regulations The municipal commission shall have authority to prescribe such regulations in pursuance of and for the execution of the provisions of these rules and the Civil Service Law, as may be consistent therewith, and may prescribe forms for all applications, certificates, reports, records, and returns required under the rules and regulations made in pursuance thereof. SCHEDULES CONTAINING AN ENUMERATION OF THE POSITIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF FULTON, REFERRED TO IN, AND FORMING A PART OF, THE FOREGOING RULES. 1. 2. Members of the Municipal Civil Service Commission. 3. Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. Fourth. All persons employed in or who seek to enter the public service as superintendents, principals, or teachers, in the public schools under the educational department of the city 1. Superintendents of Schools. 2. Principals and Teachers employed by the Board of Education. First. The deputies of principal executive officers authorized by law to act generally for and in place of their principals. Second. One secretary of each officer, board, or commission authorized by law to appoint a secretary. Third. One clerk and one deputy clerk, if authorized by law, of each court, and one clerk of each elective judicial officer. Fourth. All other subordinate offices for the filling of which competitive or non-competitive examination is found to be not practicable. The Labor Class shall include all unskilled laborers and such skilled laborers as are not included in the Non-competitive Class. The Competitive Class includes all persons employed or appointed in the Public Service whose positions are not specifically included in the Exempt, Non-competitive or Labor Class, but no examination shall be held for a position unless it is specifically stated in the following classification: 1. Assistant Engineer (Civil). 2. Attendance Officer, or Truant Officer. 3. Bookkeeper. 4. Captain (Police). 5. Clerk. |
