By George P. Cobb, Q. M., of Post No. 419, Bay City, Mich., of the address of First Sergt. Nadine or any other member of Co. C, U. S. C. T., who knew Wm. H. Bannister, of the same Company, who enlisted October, 1864, and was discharged at Fortress Monroe in May, 1865.

Comrade James W. Smith, Chief Clerk of the Pension Agency, Buffalo, New York, has in his possession the army discharges of the following named soldiers, which he will turn over to the owners thereof, or the next of kin, upon proper identification, on application, namely:
