All dentists doing business in the State must first register with this Board. Reports are made bi-ennially.

This Board is vested with the general supervision of the interests of the health of the citizens of the State, they having power to make regulations as are deemed necessary for the preservation of the public health, and in all matters of quarantine they establish rules.

The meetings of the Board are held the first Thursday in May and November, of each year, at the office of the Secretary, in the Capitol.

The Boardof (Medical) Examiners consists of the physicians of the Board of Health and its Secretary. Under an act every person practicing medicine in the State is required to procure a certificate from this Board. Four classes of certificates are issued. A, to
