Beginning with the new year, in response to many requests for more frequent and timely editorial utterances during the war, we shall issue from Washington, as an adjunct of this journalTHE NORTH AMERICAN REVIEW'S
It is not a commercial undertaking. The cost of production will exceed the subscription price, and no revenue will be derived from advertisements.
It cannot be offered for sale by separate subscription or at newsstands because of the present prohibitive costs of manufacture and distribution.
It will be published solely and exclusively for subscribers to THE NORTH AMERICAN REVIEW and will be sent postpaid to subscribers only for
ONE DOLLAR A YEAR. A sample copy of the WAR WEEKLY or of THE REVIEW will be sent free, upon request, to any address.
