CHAPTER 1.

APPROPRIATION-LEGISLATIVE-EXPENSES.

AN ACT making an appropriation for the payment of the mileage and per diem of the members and contingent expenses of the Fifth Legislature, and declar. ing an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oklahoma:

Contingent Fund-Per Diem.

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury of the State of Oklahoma, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the per diem and mileage of the members and the contingent expenses of the regular session of the Fifth Legislature, the sum of fifty-five thousand ($55,000.00) dollars, or so much thereof as may be

necessary.
