We the undersigned, duly appointed Auditors of the corpor

ation, do hereby certify that we have examined the books and ac

counts of the West Virginia Agricultural Experiment Station for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1902; that we have found the same well kept and classified as above, and that there was a balance of $30.38 left from the previous year, and that the receipts for the year from the Treasurer of the United States are shown to have been $14,969.72, and the corresponding disbursements $14,999.50, for all of which proper vouchers are on file, and havə been by us examined and found correct, thus leaving balance of 50 cents.

And we further certify that the expenditures have been solely for the purpose set forth in the act of Congress approved March 2, 1887.
