11. How to Form a Speaking Club. There is r accomplishment than learning to speak well. Ea you will give a one-minute talk on a subject that discussed in class or about which you have thought For these weekly talks the class may be formed club.

For each meeting your teacher will appoint a pupil to act as chairman. The chairman will tap gavel and say, "The meeting will come to order." then state the subject of the talk.
