Gradation 1. The Lessons are short and in easy sentences, and forth a
Child's Bible History in large type.

Gradation II. The Lessons are longer than in Gradation I. The chill repeats the history with the addition of new facts. Geographical Notes ars appended to the lessons.

Gradation III. Copious extracts in the words of Scripture are given in each Lesson ; while each includes, with much additional knowledge, all that is contained in the lower Gradations. The Geographical Notices throughout this Gradation are descriptive of all the places mentioned in the Lessons

These Exercises may be used either as a step in adrance, after Gradation' III. of the Book of Bible History, or as an independent Manual by an adranced class of pupils. In either case the Bible must be used to supply the knowledge which shall enable the pupil to answer the questions.
