UPHAM, Governor of Wisconsin: DEAR SIR:—I have the honor of presenting you, as is required by law, the twenty-fifth annual report of the transactions of the Wisconsin State Horticultural Society, embracing the papers read and the discussions on the same at our yearly meetings, of which we held two in the city of Madison. We also have reports of local societies located in different parts of our state which show the interest in Horticulture in these several places. We also give the amount of money received from the state and the disposition we have made of the same, during the past year.
