הספר דן בהרחבה בתחומים שונים הקשורים למיתוסים פוליטיים(אידאולוגיות, מיתוסים), הטיעון המרכזי אותו מציג החוקר מעניין מאוד ובהחלט הוא עושה עבודה רחבה להוכיח את הטענה שלו. מבחינת מבנה הספר לקורא שלא מכיר את הנושאים במיוחד אם שפת אימו היא לא אנגלית, הספר מאוד קשה להבנה וחלקים רבים בו יכולים לבלבל. הספר יכול להתאים למחקר אקדמי, ברם לא מומלץ כספר קריאה מעצם העובדה שהוא "כבד", קצת מבולבל ולדעתי לא נותן מספיק דוגמאות.
