I submit herewith the statements of the different banks in this State, as made and sworn to by the proper officers at the time of my annual examination of said banks; and also annex a statement of the amount of circulating bank notes which have been countersigned and registered in this office for each bank, and for which public stocks are pledged with me in pursuance of law.
