SIR: In compliance with law, I submit herewith a report of the transactions of this department for the year ending November 15, 1900.

During the year there were filed and recorded in this department 1,527 articles of incorporation and 1,316 miscellaneous certificates relating to corporations, classified as follows:

During the year the following Supreme Court Reports were issued: Ohio Reports-To the Attorney-General of Ohio, one copy each of volumes 1 to 20, inclusive; Ohio State University Library, one copy each of volumes 1 to 20, inclusive.

Ohio State Reports-To Attorney-General of Ohio, Dairy and Food. Commissioner, Auditor of State, School Commissioner, Ohio State Library, Governor of Ohio, Ada Normal School, Bar Association of Columbus, Attorney-General of the United States, U. S. Circuit and District Court at Cleveland, Law Library Supreme Court of Canada, O. W. U. Library, Department of Judiciary of Honolulu, each one copy of volumes 60, 61 and 62; to Law Library of Ohio, 25 copies of volumes. 60, 61 and 62; to the eighty-eight counties of Ohio, one copy each of volumes 60, 61 and 62; to the forty-nine states and territories one copy each of volumes 60, 61 and 62; Ohio State University, four copies of volume 62.

During the past year I received three hundred and fifty copies each of volumes 60, 61 and 62, distributed as shown above.
