If the consecrated Bread or Wine be spent before all have communed, the Minister shall co,secrate 2.0 e, saying ilond so much of the Words of Institution as pertainetb to the element to be consecrated.

When all have commed, the Minister shall reverently cover what remaineth of the Bread and Wine.

GIVE thanks unto the Lord, for He is good.

ND His mercy endureth for ev er.

E thank Thee,* Lord God Almighty, that Thou hast

vouchsafed to refresh us with this Thy salu ta ry gift; and we

beseech Thee, of Thy mercy, to strengthen us through the same,

in faith toward Thee, and in fervent love toward one another;

through Jesus Christ, Thy dear Son, our Lord, Who liveth and

reigneth with Thee and the Holy Ghost, ever one God,

*We give thanks to Thee, Almighty God, that Thou hast refreshed us through this salutary gift; and we beseech Thee, that of Thy mercy thou wouldst strengthen—[ V. 8. S., G. 8. ]

Then may be sung the Salutation and Benedicamus, as here followeth :

HE Lord bless thee, and keep thee. The Lord

make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee.

The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, and

give thee peace.
