THE HE TECHNICAL WORLD has grown into popularity with remarkable rapidity. From a circulation of 25,000 for the March, THE TECHNICAL WORLD has increased at the rate of about 8,000 a month until we can now guarantee 75,000 for October.

struction is under the direction of members of the faculty of Armour
Institute of Technology. The whole effort of the school is to bring a
practical education within the reach of everybody everywhere. For those
