PREFACE.

This volume is supplemental to the Nebraska Synoptical Digest. It digests all cases reported in volumes 81 to 94, inclusive, of the Nebraska Reports, and consists of a combination of the first and second advance sheet digests, previously issued, together with new matter from volumes 90 to 94, inclusive, of the Nebraska Reports, all rearranged and renumbered, making a single complete volume.

The plan of running complete and separate tables of overruled cases and digested cases, as in the original work, is here continued, thus providing the only means by which a complete study of the Nebraska case law may be ma The classification in this volume is the same as that followed in the original, and in addition reference is made from matter herein to the topic and paragraphs where similar matter may be found in the original work.

In addition to the digest features, references to statutes, in the later cases. give the section number of the statutes as compiled in the Revised Statutes

for 1913.

A parallel table of the section numbers of the code of civil procedure and of the code of criminal procedure as compiled in the Compiled Statutes f 1911, showing the number of each code section in the Revised Statutes for 1913, is included in this volume, thus affording a ready reference from the familiar code sections to their present position in the new statutes.
