LATIN PROSE COMPOSITION.
REV. ARTHUR MARWOOD WILCOX, M.Ang
and late Scholar of Emman. Coll., Cambridge.
N.B.—The three Parts, of which this work is composed, may be had separately, at the following Prices :
Grammar and Vocabularies together ls. 9d.
In the Second Edition I have added several new Exercises, especially upon the earlier subjects; having found, after using the book for a year in my own School, that though there are some little boys for whom five or six Exercises
each subject are enough, there are others who seem to require at least ten or twelve in order to gain that familiarity with new Rules and Inflexions, which is desirable before proceeding to fresh difficulties. In the “ Grammar
a few more Examples have given, with the hope of making the Instructions more useful to Students who are their own Teachers.
