The First Company of Cadets, Lieutenant-Colonel C. C. Holmes, encamped at Nahant on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th days of September. The camp was in the best possible order, and in a pleasant and healthy location, the arms, clothing and equipments in excellent condition, and the guards diligent and well instructed. The discipline and general efficiency of the company was remarkably good.
