Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That there be printed and bound, under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing, 12,000 copies of the records, briefs, and arguments of counsel in the following cases of the October term, 1900, in the Supreme Court of the United States, including the appendices thereto, 7,500 copies for the use of the House of Representatives, 3,500 copies for the use of the Senate, 500 copies for distribution by the Department of Justice, and 500 copies for distribution by the clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States:

Elias S. A. De Lima and others v. George R. Bidwell, being case numbered 456; Samuel B. Downes and others v. George R. Bidwell, being case numbered 507; Henry W. Dooley and others v. The United States, being cases numbered 501 and 502; Carlos Armstrong v. The United States, being case numbered 509; George W. Crossman and others v. The United States, being case numbered 515; Christian Huus v. The New York and Porto Rico Steamship Company, being case numbered 514; John H. Goetze v.
