A COMPILATION AND DIGEST

OF THE

ROAD LAWS AND THE ELECTION LAWS

OF

PENNSYLVANIA.

An Act

To authorise the printing and distribution of an additional number of the pamphlet laws.

Sect. 3. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the Secretary of the Commonwealth is hereby authorised and required to procure a compilation and digest of the road laws and the election laws, accompanied with the necessary forms, and cause a sufficient number of copies thereof to supply each township and election district with one, to be printed, bound and transmitted to the prothonotaries of the several counties of this Commonwealth for distribution, and to be kept at the usual place of holding township elections, or by the nearest justice of the peace to the place of holding the election, for the use of the supervisors of roads, judges of elections, and the inhabitants of the respective townships, generally.

I have had prepared, the compilation and digest of the road and election laws, accompanied with the necessary forms, contained in this pamphlet, as required by the above act of assembly.
