An act authorizing the Legislative Council of Florida to meet in October, instead of December, and repealing the Proviso in the sixth section of the act, entitled "An act to amend an act for the establishment of a Territorial Government in Florida, and for other purposes," Approved, March the third, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-three. [Approved, 28 April, 1828, c. 42,]

Sect. 1. Legislative Council to begin its next session on the 2nd Monday of October, and annually thereafter, on the same day of said month.

Sect. 2.

Proviso in the 6th section of the act of Congress of 3d March 1823, repealed. Proviso. Nothing herein contained to be construed as approving any act, or acts, heretofore passed by the Legislative Council of the Territory of Florida. Sect. 3.
