Mary Cowden Clarke died in 1898, at the age of eighty-nine, and not in 1897 as printed in the May number. Miss Bertie O. Burr, now Mrs. Boman G. Dawes, received a gold life-saving medal from Congress, and not one of silver as stated in the article entitled "Heroes of Peace" in the June number.
