Beat one egg white till stiff, add 2 tablespoons honey or sirup and as much cocoanut as it will hold.

Bring cup milk to boiling point, stir in 3 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with another 1⁄2 cup milk, add 1 egg, beaten, 4 tablespoons honey or corn sirup, 1 teaspoon salt and cook for 4 minutes. Add 1 rup coccanut and beat until cold.
