The Ustion Fraternity held its annual meeting in Cleveland, O., Dec. 31st, Jan. 1st and 2nd. Delegates were present from several of the chapters. Among the many important subjects considered were the revision of the constitution and a change of name for the Fraternity.

For twenty-eight years the name Ustion has stood for the best in college work; fun and spirits (non-alcoholic); but of late years there has developed a desire to change the name to that of Greek letters. After a spirited discussion the name decided upon was that of Pi Upsilon Rho.

The official journal of the fraternity the Ustion Torch, which had been allowed to languish was re-established and Carl W. Dewey, of the Cleveland Homeopathic Medical College, '08-09, was made Editor-in-Chief. The Secretaries of the various chapters were made Associate Editors.

The secretary of the supreme body reported that all the different chapters were in a prosperous condition.

Dr. P. M. Oliver, Chicago H M. C. '07 was elected President; W. S. Hastings, Ann Arbor, U. of M. '09, Vice-President; W. H. Hatfield, Hahnemann, Phila., '09, Secretary; C. W. Dewey, Cleveland, H. M. C. '09, Treasurer and R. F. Miller, Chicago H. M. C. '09, Corresponding Secretary.
