CITATION OF REPORTS.

Rule 62 of the Supreme Court is as follows:

Inasmuch as many volumes of Reports prior to the 63rd have been reprinted by the State with the number of the Reports instead of the name of the Reporter, and all the other volumes will be reprinted and numbered in like manner, council will cite the volumes prior to the 63rd as follows:

Heretofore the court has not taken into consideration, upon these examinations, defects in spelling or handwriting, but it will do so hereafter; it thinks that an applicant for law license, as a part of his qualification, should at least be able to spell words ordinarily in legal use and to write a legible hand.
